Here's another recipe from Toby!
Salmon in Baking Paper
This recipe is quick, easy, and versatile. There's no need to turn the fish. I often prepare it when non-meat eating friends come for dinner. If you add a topping, there's no need for the sauce.
Season filleted salmon with salt, pepper, garlic, and olive oil.
Optional: Top with chopped parsley, dill, scallions, tomatoes or anything else that strikes your fancy.
Wrap in baking paper so that steam doesn't escape.
Bake in 400 degree oven, 15-20 minutes.
Sauce
Mix mustard, vinegar, and sugar in equal amounts
