Basic Pie Crust

This is my aunt Sherrille's recipe.

Basic Pie Crust
Sherrille Means

1 cup flour
½ teaspoon salt
½ cup margarine (one stick)
3 tablespoons ice water

Mix ingredients and roll out the dough. Don’t use this dough if your pie only has a bottom and the crust has to be cooked before filling. It just doesn’t work well that way.
