Ingredients
1 large can pairs
1 large can pinapple
1 large can peaches (cut peaches in half)
1 large can appricots
3/4 cup brown sugar
2 heaping tablespoons curry powder (yellow kind)
Method
Drain the fruit and dump it all into a 9 by 13 pan. Sprinkle brown sugar and curry over the fruit. (I always add a bit more curry just because I LOVE curry.) Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Serve.
