Meds: took them, except the flonaise
Exercise: Walked three miles running errands I’ve been putting off, swam for 40 minutes.
Diet: cereal (but only ate a few bites, got busy on the phone and then it was soggy), turkey sandwich on wheat break with lettuce, tomato, onion and sprouts (light mayo), two shrimp enchiladas (easy on the cheese) and Spanish rice, one cup soft serve ice cream, four bottles water, two glasses ice tea, and one cup warm chai tea.
